Missions work in Rural Malawi
My Travel Story
My names are David Musonda and I'm 58years old. My passion has always been to reach people especially in rural settings of Malawi and Zambia where I have already been and seen the hardships the people live in.
As a missionary by calling, my first approach is bringing hope by showing and demonstrating the Love of God through feeding and clothing and training them to be self reliant.
In the past I have with little personal contributions tried to help where I could but resources have run out and hence need collective help from reputable group as Fund My travel.
I also identify individuals among them who have some level of education. These become helpful to carry the message of hope to the vast majority.
Nothing makes me feel fulfilled than touching the lives of people in need of what we take for granted, like food, shelter, clothing and education.
The advantage I have is that I understand the language and culture and so communication is not a .barrier.
I have made contact with a number of associates to establish what the immediate needs are. The following was mentioned:
1. Blankets
2. Clothing especially for children
3. Medical assistance. I already have a couple in the medical profession who are willing to offer services
4. I have identified some church buildings that may need a few touch ups so that they can be used as centres from which the projects spring from.
With the generous donations from you( donors) together we can make a difference in the life of people you may not be able to reach physically but I stand in as your extension touching hearts with your gift of kind.
