Hello all!

I am Seth Cardoen and I am a 17 year old student from Belgium.

For the last couple of years, I have been thinking a lot about our current climate situation. And in analysing our current situation, I came to the conclusion (like many others) that our current situation is really bad. We are completely destroying our climate!

That's why I became partly vegetarian, use as less paper as possible and am now getting ready to make the real difference. That's why I'il be doing voluntary work in Greece during the summer. The beaches of Kefalonia are the only place in the Mediterranean that are home to the breeding grounds of wild sea turtles, more specifically loggerhead sea turtles. Sadly enough, they are near extinction. That's why we need to protect them. In order to do so, we need to protect them against tourists, plastic and light pollution. During my 2 week stay in Kefalonia, I will be cleaning the beaches and making them safe for the turtles, collecting data on the loggerhead sea turtles, rescuing wounded turtles and much more.

But I can't do this by myself, that's why I need your help. Whatever you donate, big or small, will help me a lot to saving these magnificent turtles. Each person who volunteers generates a donation which goes directly towards these projects to save our planet.

Thanks for your help!
