**Urgent: Help Me Attend My Cousin's Funeral**

I'm reaching out in a time of urgent need. Last week, my cousin Sandra E. Crouch passed away, leaving a profound void in our family. Sandra was not just a cousin; she was a pillar of support, a source of laughter, and a guiding presence in my and my mother's life; she was our family Pastor and friend. I thought I'd be able to see her alive again, but God needed her more. She and my mom shared a special bond, both being twins, and both having lost their twin. I am my mother's only child, so I was so grateful and relieved knowing that Sandra was there for her when my aunt died. I felt badly that my finances would not allow me to be with my mom to comfort her and to help her with arrangements.

Due to financial struggles, I'm again unable to afford the plane ticket to be a comforting presence for my mom, as well as to attend cousin Sandra's funeral. This isn't the first time financial constraints have kept me from saying goodbye to a loved one, and the thought of missing Sandra's funeral is heartbreaking.

I am a semi-retired educator, trying to start a business, and have no steady income, and my husband is unemployed and Syrian, which means he can't travel to many places in search for a job.
