My Travel Story

Since I was young, I've always dreamed of traveling the world, immersing myself in different cultures and writing about my experiences. Unfortunately, growing up in a low-income family and carrying student loans has made it difficult to save enough to make this dream a reality. I don’t have financial support from family, and while I’ve been working hard, the costs of everyday life make it tough to save for something this big.

That’s why I’m asking for your help. Your support would allow me to take a once-in-a-lifetime cultural trip to Europe. I have never wanted for anything more in my entire life, because travel to me is so much more than a vacation; it is growing through discomfort, and breaking free from comforting ignorances and privilidges; it is gaining a deeper understanding of the human experience; it is connecting with people from all walks of life who all have something to offer. I plan to visit places rich in history and culture, where I can explore, learn, and document everything I experience. This trip would not only be an opportunity to travel but also to pursue my passion for writing by capturing the stories and lessons I learn along the way. I plan to use my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification to teach abroad, which will help me dive even deeper into local cultures. By engaging with students and communities, I'll gain first-hand insights that will enrich both my writing and my understanding of the world.

Beyond this trip, my goal is to grow as a writer and eventually be in a position to support someone else’s dream of travel, just as you are helping me today. Every donation brings me one step closer to making this dream a reality. Any contribution, big or small, would mean the world to me.
