My Travel Story

This trip to Ghana will be lifechanging. This is a volunteer abroad trip where I will be helping teach Ghanaian children in the capital city of Accra. Not only will this provide me with valuable insight as to what teaching styles are like in other countries, it will be a great experience being able to help children in a place where they don't have the same opportunities that we have in the US. During this trip I will have the opportunity to help teach English, assist with school repairs, and be a role model for children, all while learning more about a different culture. I have always wanted to teach and I've always wanted to travel. This experience will give me the best of both worlds.     June 22nd is my cutoff date for paying for my trip! Honestly, every penny counts and is super helpful for me! Only 15 months left!
