My Travel Story

by: Molly Nguyen Start Date: Aug 23, 2016 - End Date: Dec 20, 2016
I have been teaching here in a village in Spain to wonderful elementary kids. Many of these children are very bright, and one, with autism is especially so: I want to continue to help him on his journey of learning English.

I have been here a total of two months - going on three and it is until now that I find that living without pay is quite difficult: I cannot even go home for the holidays because I haven't been given my grant for my work.

I would greatly appreciate any cent you may have to offer! By doing this, I can continue to inspire my students, especially those who try their best in learning.

Sincerely,

Molly

About me:

I have taught English to students of different nationalitie and this really motivates you to help English learners reach their goals. When you see how much a student improves in their speaking - you can't help but feel proud of them: they had struggled up until that point.

Teaching students English as a foreign language has allowed me to appreciate all learners. I have also worked with students that are intellectually different and was amazed at their ability to learn as well.
