"Help Me Represent Indonesia at The Vietnam Conference"
My Travel Story
Let me share my heart with you:
1. How will this impact my education or career?
Attending this international conference in Vietnam will be a life changing opportunity for me. After 9 years of tirelessly writing and learning independently, this is the first time my academic paper has been accepted at an international level. Presenting it means proving to myself and to the world that hard work and dedication matter. It will strengthen my credibility as a researcher and bring me one step closer to my dream: becoming a lecturer.
2. How will I give back to the community?
I’ve always believed that knowledge is meant to be shared. Once I return, I will share my experience, insights, and research findings with students, peers, and aspiring academics especially those who are working independently like me. I want them to know: You don’t need to have everything to start. You just need the courage to begin. I hope to mentor others who feel invisible in the academic world.
3. Why am I so passionate about this project?
Because this is more than just a trip it’s the validation of a long, quiet struggle. I’ve written for years without institutional support, without a title, often in the silence of uncertainty. But writing is my passion, my hope, and my way of staying close to education even when the doors seemed shut. This conference is a rare chance to finally speak and be heard.
4. Why did I choose this goal?
I chose this conference because it’s not just any academic event it’s a global platform where scholars share meaningful research. My paper discusses brand protection and intellectual property, an issue that matters deeply in today’s digital world. I want to raise awareness about this topic on behalf of my country, and represent Indonesia with integrity, clarity, and heart.
5. What makes this so meaningful to me?
Because it’s taken me nine long years to get this far. I have no backup. No big title. Just my words, my will, and my dream and I don't want to miss the opportunity.
