I don't know much about my family but the small bit i do know is that originally we come from Ghana and Hati. I am trying to go connect with my ancestors see my heritage and experience the culture I wasn't privy to as a child, teen or young adult. As an older woman (44 lol) my gift for myself for my 45th birthday was this trip. Unfortunately tragedy hit my family and that took precedence over my personal goal of this trip. I have been on a spiritual journey for the last two years consistently but for the majority of my life. I have studied several religions and it all keeps directing back to Africa. I want to learn the culture and spiritual things of Ghana. I have been planning this a trip for 10 plus years and a family emergency might have just derailed my whole trip. I am asking for any type of monetary help to assist me into getting there and having this experience of a lifetime. My airline ticket is paid for I need help with the accommodations and activities planned for this trip.
