My Background and Experience:

E-RYT 500 hr in Ashtanga Yoga: I am a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training in Ashtanga yoga. This rigorous training has provided me with a deep understanding of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga.
5Elements Dance Facilitator: I guide others through the healing power of dance, combining movement, music, and mindfulness to create transformative experiences.
Long-standing Practitioner and Healer: My journey in the healing arts spans many years, during which I have helped countless individuals find balance, peace, and wellness through various holistic modalities.
Why Ecuador? Ecuador is a land rich in spiritual heritage and natural beauty, offering a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the ancient practices of Tantra Yoga and Shamanism. This journey is not just about personal growth but also about bringing these profound teachings back to my community.
