My Travel Story

I have always been drawn to the idea of making a difference in the world. As a 33-year-old with a passion for social justice, I have spent years volunteering locally and dreaming of a greater impact. When I heard about a missionary trip to Nigeria organized by an international aid organization, my heart soared. It was an opportunity to contribute to education and healthcare in a region that deeply needed support.

I've spent months researching the trip, reading about the vibrant cultures of Nigeria, and learning about the communities she hoped to help. The trip would involve working with local schools, assisting in clinics, and participating in community development projects. For me it's the perfect way to combine my skills and my desire to serve others.

However, there is one significant hurdle—money. The cost of the trip, including flights, accommodation, and supplies, is well beyond my current budget. As a veteran and part-time retail associate, my income is modest, and I have already been saving for other personal goals. This trip seems like a distant dream, clouded by financial uncertainty. And hopefully I can get there with your helping hand.
