Hi there!

So I have been a zookeeper for over 2 years, and my passion is in helping animals and conservation. However, I didn't realise how much I needed to be helping first hand, until I volunteered out in South Africa last year. I always knew I wanted to work closely with animal rehabilitation and conservation, but now believe I have found the job/place that I can truly help wildlife first hand. 

By spending these months out there again, it is helping me to gain more experience to put towards my chances of working out there full time! I have finally found somewhere that I am content and something that is truly fulfilling for me as a career.

I have learnt so much about conservation and realised how much more there is that we can do to help protect wildlife. But in order to get there permanently, I need to first gain more experience and hands on skills!
