My Travel Story

Dear all,

As I come from a humble beginning, I have struggled to reach my goals as they have always been financially limited.

Since I graduated high school last summer, I have been working hard to gain various experiences before I begin my bachelor's in international business. My goal is to work in the financial world and contribute to how we develop the global economy in the future.

Working hard for experience is crucial, I would say, as I have come to the knowledge that experience is highly valued wherever you apply in the future.

This summer, when I visited Asia for the first time in years, I was highly impressed by Singapore. During my visit, I had the opportunity to learn about its infrastructure, economy, history, and various cultures within the country. I felt some sense of belonging for the first time after staying there for a week.

Therefore, I wish to gain more experience as an intern in a company in Singapore through a program. That way, I will be able to learn more about the financial world seen from an Asian company's perspective. I will use the precious time as an intern to gather all the experience I can absorb for future use when I further my education next summer.

For that reason, your funding would help me fulfill the next milestone in reaching my goal.
