My Travel Story
This trip isn’t just about travel for me—it’s about making a real difference. I’ve always been deeply passionate about the environment and animals. Nature isn’t just something I admire—it’s something I actively want to protect. That’s why I want to dedicate 8 weeks this Summer in South Africa to hands-on conservation work, helping to rehabilitate wildlife and support vital research that can contribute to long-term solutions for protecting endangered species.
I believe in learning by doing, fully immersing myself in every experience. This trip will allow me to conduct research projects to deepen my understanding of the delicate balance between wildlife and their habitats while also working directly with rescued animals, understanding their struggles, and contributing to efforts that give them a second chance at life. The research I would gather with my team also goes directly back to the program to contribute to the broader scope of this project which is the long term conservation of the wildlife in this region.
