My Travel Story
My name is Mara, and I carry with me a story of resilience and hope. A year and a half ago, I set out to pursue my dream of studying for a master's degree in Vienna. But the road was not easy. With a student visa and limited work opportunities, I struggled to make ends meet and had to pause my studies.
In search of a solution, I moved to Ireland, hoping to work and save some money for my return to Vienna. However, fate had other plans. I faced a traumatic experience when I was attacked and left with injuries that landed me in the hospital for an extended period. The road to recovery was long and arduous, marked by physical pain and emotional turmoil.
But through it all, one thing remained unwavering: my determination to not let adversity define me. As I slowly healed, I found myself longing to reclaim the dream that had been put on hold. The dream of returning to Vienna, of walking the halls of academia once more, of fulfilling the promise I had made to myself.
So it is with a humble heart and a steadfast resolve that I turn to you, your generosity can help me turn my dream into reality once again.
