My aunt in Sharjah, UAE is battling end-stage kidney failure. She undergoes dialysis twice a week and urgently needs a transplant. She's alone, scared, and far from family. I want to travel to be with her, care for her, and give her strength—but I can't afford the trip. Your support will help me reach her in time and show her she’s not alone.
