I'm currently pursuing my Master’s in Data Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), originally from Bangladesh, and I’m thrilled to share that my research paper has been accepted at IEEE TENSYMP 2025, which will be held at the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, New Zealand. This is a huge milestone in my academic journey—and I’m humbly seeking your support to make it possible for me to attend in person.

About My Research:
My paper, titled "Optimizing CNN Architectures for Deep Learning-Based Classification of X-ray Images,"explores how we can use artificial intelligence to support radiologists in diagnosing musculoskeletal disorders using X-ray radiographs. I worked with deep learning models like MobileNetV2, VGG19, Xception, and ConvNeXtBase to classify X-ray images from the MURA dataset.
Through extensive experimentation and optimization, I found that MobileNetV2 offered a strong balance of accuracy and computational efficiency, making it viable for real-world clinical use.

This research not only contributes to the field of AI in medical imaging but also has the potential to ease the workload on healthcare professionals and improve diagnostic accuracy for patients around the world.


Why I Need Your Support:
While I’m incredibly honored to have my work recognized, attending the conference in person comes with expenses I simply cannot afford at this time. Here's my situation:

I’m a self-financed international student in Australia.
Each semester, my family pays around A$20,000 in tuition fees.
I cover my living expenses through a part-time job, but due to student visa work hour restrictions, I can barely make ends meet.
The total cost for attending the conference — including airfare and accommodation — is about A$1000, which is beyond my current means.
