Hi, my Name ist Kay.
Im a Carpenter with civil engeneering skills from Germany, (36).
Im married to a Tansanian Lady. We live with our 3/soon4kids in Germany. I Love my country But the "influation", the political Situation and the regional conflict makes Life to hard and Dangerous to stay. The Media brainwash is on a Level i never whitnessed bevore. Soon we will be dragged in to a war of the rich. And i dont want to wait untill we men of Europe will be forced into War Service for the "Elites"(morons) dieing for nothing but lies.
Nope.
Im a creater, a builder of Houses and Furnitures with Natural Materials. Thats what i Like to do and to establish there in tansania. From Friends and Family we have much Land available there to build a Community of likemindet people that can live of the Land. We already build a House there to have a Basis. But we ran Out of Money to travel there again. And My carpenter Business :

is not making enough Money for us to travel/ flee Back there. The Economy of Germany goes down Hill and Taxes are rising like never before. 

My Goal is to start there a Scool (Skill Center) for teaching all my building tecnics. Also perma-agriculture, herbal medicine(that saved my Life) and the cultural Exchange with the locals. 
Tansania is an amazing Country with a lot of Potential and incredible Nature. It lays strategical between many other east african countryes that trade with each other. 
The people live in Peace with all theyr relligions there. Christians, Muslims, Sheeks, Hindus and Some Nature relligions. There are different Temperatur zones so its Not neccesarryly to hot. There is jungle, savanna, Highlands, big cityes, See Coast, Lake Coast, Bushland and different mountain Terrain. The country speeks Swahily wich is easyli to learn and the Most jung people know to speek english. The political Situation ist never perfekt there. But the people run theyr country mostly by themselfs anyways. The goverment lets you do your thing. 
Food grows all arround the jear. And the people are loving with each other and the foreigners. Life there is easy because people Help you wherever They can. And there are almost no regulations. 
This project has all my lifes experience and passion in it. The Projekt ist lokated close to the Jungle of the Kilimanjaro mountain, near the City of Moshi (Place of Clouds).
It will become a place where cultural Exchange will Take place and we all learn from each other. 
Similar Projekts started already in other reagions. So we even have a Like mindet Community across the country to Exchange experiences and knowledge.
Our Projekts benefit lays in the unique and beautifull Region. The cooler climate that makes it easyer to enjoy for europeans wich cant stand the Heat that much, The friendship Bond to the locals and the traditional housing wich makes the Houses cooler from the inside during the days and warm at night.(Low Energy costs).
Thats the Project and the reasons. 
All the funding benefits the Projekt directly and therefore the local economy also. The Money goes mostly in to building Material. Because there are almost no running costs aside of the Flight Tickets. They are the Key to the Projekt.
