My Travel Story

Westminster College offers multiple study expeditions that both count as credit and expand our worldly education and understanding. I chose to join the Thailand trip because it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I desperately want to expand my worldly knowledge, and because it seemed so impactful that I just couldn't pass it up! It includes service-learning projects, cultural immersion activities, environmental sustainability, and public health education. The goal of the trip is to explore different communities' attitudes, values, and practices with a focus on public health, history, education, and world citizenship.
I would love nothing more than to become a world citizen! However, I have never had the funds or resources to do so. When this opportunity arose with so many opportunities to help and change the world, I didn't care about money. Now, when the bills have come, I do. I would love your investment to help me travel abroad and complete a lifelong goal and dream!
