My Travel Story

Hi, my name is Emily. I am a senior at North Carolina State Univerity, majoring in Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Environmental Policy. I am traveling to Lille, France for my last semester of University to learn about environmental change and regulation from one of the top 5 ranking sustainable nations. My goal is to collaborate with other environmentalists to invoke environmental, political change through research and education.

I hope to also explore the artistic realm of museums, architechture, fashion, and literature that France has to offer. During my stay I am excited to visit surrounding communities, such as Manchester, England, where my grandmother was born. This will be my first time experiencing the opportunity of traveling abroad.
