My Travel Story

Hello my name is Shelby. I received an amazing educational opportunity! I have been nominated by one of my teachers, Mr. Collins, to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington DC during the summer of 2018. I will be representing my school, Elkhorn Middle, at this unique experience. I will help create a student-led, grass roots organizations, in the Voices of Change Project. Washington DC will serve as a living classroom, providing me with amazing site experiences in and around our nation's capital. Visit the Smithsonian National Museum of American History and participate in and exclusive Capitol Hill experience. The tuition for attending is $2,295 and covers everything except my cost to get there and home. I am hoping, with prayerful thought and consideration, you can help.
