My Travel Story

My parents gave me $18.5k , their retirement funds , to invest in risk free assets. They worked all their life to save this amount. I did something really stupid that I regret every night, saw some kid getting rich from crypto on internet, and put a major chunk in a stupid coin. Lost 90% of the invested amount, then traded options to recover that lost amount, ultimately lost everything. Took out additional loan of $7k to try my luck in trading, nothing worked out! 
I have lost everything (total of $25k)
I earn only $350 a month living in India and most of it goes into debt repayment! 
I have not told my parents yet, I am very ashamed, I dont want to live anymore but I cant leave my parents alone in this age to suffer! 
I cant study, eat, sleep and focus on work. 
They have an upcoming medical bill of $8k to pay abd soon they are going to ask me for their money
I cant face them , Please give me a second chance in life! 
Please dont let them suffer and help me pay their medical bill only !
