My Travel Story

my wife is currently in Mexico as we've been navigating a very long and difficult immigration process. We've been doing everything legally, hiring lawyers, filing all the right paperwork, paying the government fees. but it's been slow, expensive, and heartbreaking.

We've been apart for 3.5 years. I've only been able to see her twice a year, and every goodbye gets harder-especially for our daughter, who lives here with me. She misses her mom deeply, and so do I.

I work 60-70 hours a week just to keep things afloat. I make decent money, $28 an hour, but being the only adult at home with all the bills, unexpected expenses, and raising our little girl alone has made it nearly impossible to save up.

Between legal fees, the rising cost of living, and some recent financial setbacks, l've come up short to nothing for my next trip to see my wife. I'm supposed to fly out July 19th and return August 2nd, but flight prices are going up every day and now range between $750-$800. I've even tried using Affirm to pay over time, but my credit score has taken a hit and I no longer qualify to use it,

I hate asking for help. I've always tried to handle things on my own, I know there's thousands of men struggling and fighting there battles, but I need to be honest—I need help to buy my ticket. If anyone is in a position to help, even just a little, l'd be so deeply grateful. This trip means everything to me and my family. Every bit helps.
