My Travel Story

In England and Scotland I will be learning about global food systems and sustainable agriculture. Ever since I was in middle school I have wanted to travel to Europe, and by studying abroad I am able to see two beautiful countries while also having the experience of a lifetime learning about agriculture in England and Scotland. I will be traveling to Edinburgh, Scotland and London, England. In these locations we will visit a Highland Beef Cattle farm and the Edinburgh Farmers Market, experience the Herefordshire and Wye Valley Cider Route and Orchard, and also attend the USDA meeting in London, along with many other tours to experience the culture.
