My Travel Story

I am a journalist from a KALW podcast called Uncuffed. I was given the chance to show the world what it was like for the common folk who go undocumented in history. I won awards for it. 

I am taking my skills to the road. Being that I am a bit odd, I decided to do it in a school bus. No funding, no media funding. Just me struggling to pay for 8 dollars a gallon in gas. I busk a little to get by. So I could use a little human kindness.

Just like the great Studs Terkel, I want the small people to have a voice. It evens things a little.
