My Travel Story

I desperately want to go on two specific volunteer trips! The first is to Ghana, to teach creative arts. This is something I'm very passionate about. I've been a painter, photographer, and jewelry maker- and now I want to use those skills to help vulnerable children form an escape from the hardships of daily life. I know I could offer insight, laughter, and love... and I don't want to allow financial distress to get in the way of me providing something so important!

I am also passionate about going to Kenya in order to help talk to drug addicts in the Diani Beach community, and most importantly to provide a sense of compassion to those people. This one is very personal to me- and it would take a lot of courage for me to do this.
