My Travel Story

Cyclone Ditva brought rainfall exceeding 500mm for several consecutive  days,both day and night to all part of Sri Lanka from 24-11-2025.Due to this flash floods occurred in all parts of Sri lanka due to heavy rains,in an instant many places in sri lanka including the city where i am.Were flooded.The rain has not stopped yet.
Due to heavy rains very large landslides have occurred in mountainous areas.some places have been submerged beyond the twenty foot mark.Due to this a large number of people in sri lanka including us.have been left helpless.many belongings in the houses were swept away due to the flooding..
The belongings in the Houses,The books,Bags and Cloths of the School children were all destroyed.A large number of lives were lost due to the landslides.The villages that were hit by those landslides still remain the same.
The floods and landslides have completely destroyed the roads,in many areas including ours.
Also we including a large number of people in sri lanka have been left in a very helpless state with the destruction of Homes,,Foods,Clothing,School books,Bags etc.No one can imagine what to do.
There fore i ask you to help me and the people living in the city recover from the terrible disaster that has befallen them.God bless you.
