My Travel Story

I'll be learning experiences include building bottle schools/clinics out of recycled materials in a rural community, snorkeling to observe the impact of unchecked development on coral reefs and local fish populations, and building a sustainable vertical garden and a visit to Dudu Ecological Park. Through this work and in meetings with grassroots leaders, i will be given the opportunity to explore topics of environmental sustainability and will learn how environmental degradation affects island communities that rely on their natural surroundings as a source of income.

This will help we get a better understanding how leadership works with organizations like this one.
