Attending this study abroad trip will not only aggrandize my knowledge further when it comes to this country’s culture and language, but it’ll also help me further my professional and personal development. I will make a difference in this country’s community by engaging in several events around the city, immersing myself in the culture, and communicating with individuals in their language. I am passionate about this project because I’ve always wanted to further my education about France’s culture and their language. I selected this destination because it was a personal goal of mine that I aspired to accomplish this year and I’m pursuing my dream.  This trip is so meaningful and vital to me because I would like to be fluent in French by the end of the summer, or at least more skilled at speaking the language than I am right now.
