As an aspiring conservation veterinarian, Allie's future travels will take her to countries inhabited by many of the most threatened and endangered species. Many of those countries, such as Madagascar, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Morocco still consider French as either the official language or unofficial second language, this trip will prepare Allie to use French conversationally in countries where veterinarians specializing in threatened species are desperately needed.
