My Travel Story

by: Low Budget High Vibes Start Date: Jul 28, 2025 - End Date: Nov 27, 2025
Hey you,
Thanks for stopping by!

We’re four girls from Greece who met through work, friendship, laughter, and way too many voice notes. Every year, we take a few months off to travel to places we’ve never been little cities, unknown corners, hidden gems. No big itineraries, no fancy hotels. Just us, a backpack (or three), and the thrill of seeing the world together.

Think of it like grown-up school trips: cheap flights, shared beds, weird snacks, and stories we’ll laugh about for years. But for us, it’s more than travel. It’s how we stay connected in this crazy fast-paced world. It’s our way to reset, bond, explore, and grow as friends and as humans.

We dive into the local culture, taste things we can't pronounce, get lost (on purpose), and always find magic in the small stuff, a sunset, a stranger's smile, a street musician who becomes the soundtrack of the trip.

This project isn’t just a vacation. It’s a tradition we’re building. A ritual of joy, curiosity, and connection.
Your donation will help us cover low-budget travel costs (flights, local transport, hostels, and way too many hummus bowls). And honestly? It means the world to us.

If you've ever had a group of friends who made you feel home, even when you were far from it, then you know what this means ;)

Thank you for helping us keep our little tradition alive.
We promise to send virtual hugs, real postcards, and a LOT of funny updates.

    Our Last Trip
Our last trip took us to the heart of Ireland, vibrant, cozy, and full of unexpected moments.

We didn’t just visit Dublin... we felt it.
From sipping coffee in sunny corners to pub laughs with locals, we soaked in every second.

We met some of the friendliest people ever, who made us feel instantly welcome like we’d known them for years.
And through them, we got a real taste of Irish culture: warm, grounded, and full of soul.

We danced to street music, walked along the Liffey, ate way too many potatoes (no regrets), and spent long evenings talking about life like it was a school trip, only better.

Dublin reminded us how beautiful it is to just be, explore, connect and let new places shape us. They may live in the north, but their hearts are pure south!
We left a little piece of our hearts there. ☘️
