Sea turtles around the world are becoming endangered due to predation, human involvement and global climate change. These beautiful animals, so vital to coral reefs and the open ocean, are vulnerable and need help to protect them from endangerment/ extinction. On my volunteer trip in Sri Lanka I will be caring for sick/ injured turtles, aiding egg hatching and cleaning up beaches. I will get to work with these wonderful creatures and hopefully make a difference for them and the community I am volunteering in. Any generous assistance is greatly appreciated and will make it more feasible to make this dream come true!
