My travel to Rome to discuss the staff issues as a former staff of an INGO and to improve on the staff welfare which will affect the current employees positively.
This travel will give me exposure as it will be my first time to travel out side of Uganda.
I'm very passionate about mental health and providing a conducive work environment for staffs.
