My Travel Story

Hi there, my name is Mikaela!

After working a stressful job that left my exhausted and feeling unaccomplished, I decided to take my happiness into my own hands. I left thus job to pursue my passion for travel. Upon looking into trips, I decided to make the most out of my time traveling, and to do some international volunteering to be able to make a difference.

There were so many trips that grabbed my interest, however, I finally settled on sea turtle conservation in Costa Rica. I have always had a passion for sea life and the ocean. I love animals and want to help sea turtles as they are incredible creatures and have a chance to see the turtles hatch as this is a bucket list thing for me.

I am looking forward to this trip and to know that I am doing something impactful,!and to meet like minded people who are as passionate about traveling as I am!
