Hi everyone! In case you don’t know me, my name is Kali McClain, I’m 16 years old and I’m from El Paso, Texas. I have a deep passion for helping people and my goal in life is to be a Cardiothoracic or Trauma surgeon. Recently I attended the Congress for Future Medical Leaders ran by the National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists in Boston, Massachusetts. I have been given the opportunity to travel abroad to Hue, Vietnam as an all access medical intern for two full weeks in the summer of 2020! I will practice medicine by watching and/or helping on surgeries, shadowing physicians, and working in anatomy labs. But of course there is always a catch. The tuition fee is $5,800 and I can not afford that all myself. I am asking for donations and sponsors to help fund this life changing opportunity. Anything will help me out tremendously! After the trip I plan on posting videos and pictures to see what your donations have gone to, so look out for that!
Thank you so much,
Kali McClain
