My Travel Story

Hello there!
My name is Mariana Bruch and I'm currently a college student.
I've been dealing with some mental health problems right now, on the 18/03 my grandmother died and I'm still not over it. I don't think you can ever truly move on but I've been seeing her in everywhere that I go. My exams are stressing me out and additionally my parents financially situation is not really the best, they're in debt and although it's not a lot, we have to see what we really need. I've been also dealing with some issues regarding my personal life such as friendships or family, and I really just need a set of new people. I want to go to California, Los Angeles because that's not only where my best friend lives, it's a place I've been wanting to visit for years now but never had the money or time to do so. I'm taking a break from everything now but I just want to travel and get away from everything for a while. I want to explore things I've never seen before, clear my head, talk with people from a different culture, relax and take time for myself without having to every about every single little thing. So, I thought it'd try my luck with crowdfunding. I'm planning on staying there for a week from the 20th to the 27th January. I need to book a flight and cover the living expenses such as a hotel there, so that's what I'm aiming for. It's a personal wish of mine but honestly at this point, I feel like this is just what I need. So I'd be so grateful for every amount! Thank you so much.
