My Travel Story

Hello everyone! I am extremely excited to share that I will be spending my winter break from school this year volunteering in Merida, Mexico, helping with sustainable farming. I am traveling through a company called International Volunteer HQ, and while there I will be working with an organization called Institute of Modern Spanish, who will connect me with a local farm to work with for the duration of my stay. This is something I am extremely excited for and passionate about, as it gives me the opportunity to travel, live in another culture, improve my Spanish, and most of all do meaningful work to help others. Any support to help me cover costs like air fare and associated fees like passports, travel insurance (which IVHQ requires me to have), and transportation would be deeply appreciated.
