My Travel Story

Hi everyone! My name is Franchesca Torres and I am an 18-year-old- aspiring actress thrilled to share with you an incredible opportunity that lies ahead: I am going to study THEATER and ACTING at a prestigious UNIVERSITY in the UNITED KINGDOM!
I'm from PERU and the education here, unfortunately, is not as it is ABROAD, here everything is different and there are REALLY SMALL OPPORTUNITIES unless you are privileged or rich; and the governmental situation is getting WORSE, they say there will be WAR, and that's why I want to ESCAPE from here and my only one chance is to STUDY ABROAD.
I'm sending my application to UCAS, the official UK website with Educational purposes. I'm sending my application to 5 universities in different cities in England, hoping everything goes well and they accept me so that I can study at any of the following unis: Lancaster University, University Of Warwick, University Of Bristol, Anglia Ruskin University and University Of Manchester

Theater has been my PASSION for as long as I can remember. I have dedicated countless hours to perfecting my art and participating in local plays, always dreaming of receiving formal education in one of the world's theater capitals. This opportunity will not only allow me to learn from the best but also to immerse myself in a CULTURE RICH in theatrical history.

This trip will not only be MY FIRST TIME ABROAD but also my first solo journey. I am filled with excitement and determination, but I need YOUR help to make it a reality.

However, studying abroad comes with many expenses: tuition, accommodation, materials, and general living costs. Although I have saved and planned as much as I can, I still need financial support to cover all the costs :(

This is where YOU can make a difference. Any contribution, big or small, will help me get closer to my goal. With YOUR support, I will be ABLE to:

1. Cover tuition fees and necessary study materials
2. Find a safe and welcoming housing accommodation to live while I am in the UK.
3. Have the peace of mind to focus on my studies and make the most of this experience without constantly worrying about expenses.
4. Also, the expenses I'm fundraising for will go towards purchasing meals, insurance, transportation, school supplies, and partaking in activities.

Moreover, I want to share this journey with all of you. As I progress in my career, I plan to document my experience through a blog/vlog on Instagram so you can see the direct impact of your support and how you are helping transform my life and career :D
