My mother is in old age and from yesterday she isn’t feeling well (show actual cause). There is no one at home to look after for my mother. I request you to please approve my leave application so I will take my mother to the hospital for her medical checkup. Thanking you.
She will need constant support and help for the next three weeks so that she makes a full recovery and is able to walk about and live a healthy life. I would appreciate it if you process my request and grant me compassionate leave for the following three weeks
