My Travel Story

Well how can I start this... I have never ever thought about doing this or honestly know how to do this.

My family and I are currently in Colorado. We moved here from California to live with family and restart our life as the area we were living in, in California was starting to become shall we say, Violent. My wife and I wanted better for our kids, so we got an oppourtinity to live out with some family for a short time to get our feet going. I was offered a job with a small company and my wife got a job working for a local grocery store, doing what she used to do. 

Now our start on our own has begun. We moved into a decent sized rental for the family and thought it was going to be a great place to start our life. The house has been great, nothing crazy at all. Of course the random HOA violations for wanting to put up a US Flag at times (Not installed correctly) but this has been fixed. 

Now it is time for our family to actually have a footing in Colorado. Two years it has been. We are now looking for a house to call our own. No vacations here, no need, we would be happy in a new home! 

We looked at houses to buy and found that most were WAY above the range we could afford and stayed in the modest price we could comfortably live in. We found a cute city, Berthoud CO, and found a new home builder. We found a plan, didnt go into anything extra at all and settled on literally basic everything. 

Now we are in the half way process of the home being built. The time frame shifted up 3 months. Three months of time I didnt account for being gone to save up for the down payment. I have been working along with the wife. We are also doing freelance work/gig work to make up the difference in the Down payment we need. 

I alreayd know I am not going to make it in time for when the house is supposed to close. We already have home buying assistance for using the home builders lender, I put in all of our savings for the earnest money (which will be used for closing) and I hope I can make it in time. 

Thats where HOPEFULLY you guys come in. Sure, I am not like the rest of the people here. I am not going to go on a vacation, quite frankly, I have never been anywhere on vacation, except the trip to Colorado to see if we loved it. We are honestly happy with staying home and being with each other. I am hoping you guys can help with the amount I had expected but, sooner then i could aquire it. I am still doing my end, but I am doing some forward math and know I wil need help by the time the house is done.

Please, if you could find it in your hearts to help my family have our forever home and be happy not going anywhere, I would truly appreciate it!
