The purpose of this trip is to obtain my birth certificate, which was unfortunately destroyed during the devastating Hurricane Maria in 2017.

The loss of my birth certificate has presented significant challenges, particularly as I endeavor to enhance the quality of my life through gainful employment opportunities abroad. I am Dominican by nationality. Without this vital document, I am unable to fulfill the requirements for securing employment in a foreign country, which has become my goal in seeking to advance my career prospects after moving to St. kitts and Nevis.

Guadeloupe, my place of birth, holds the key to the restoration of this essential document. However, I must be presented in person to aquire a new certificate. Unfortunatly, the financial burden associated with travel expenses, accommodation, and administrative fees poses a significant obstacle. As someone determined to overcome adversity and pursue a better future, I am reaching out to seek your support in this endeavor.
