My Travel Story

I have always considered myself to be a fighter and a go-getter. No circumstance or situation was too much or too difficult for me and I have had this mindset ever since I was a child and came to realize how life was. I grew up financially challenged and I have had to jump through hoops, work hard and put my best forward in order to achieve all that I have achieved today. One night while I was frantically searching the internet for job vacancies, I came across a sponsored advertisement for a company called Interac about vacancies for English teacher in Japan and without hesitating, I applied. I went in for consultation, did the demos, paid the early fees and set my sight on Japan. Unfortunately, the pandemic has affected my livelihood more than I would have liked and has set me back where funding for the set up in Japan is concerned. I have tried getting a loan but due to me already having a Student loan debt, I was declined. The main reason for wanting to go on this trip is to do something great with my life. I am at a point where I feel, I have more to offer and that it is just the opportunity that I need. I intend also to use the money that I would make as an English teacher in Japan and carve a path to financial freedom, paying of student loans and so on. I was drawn to the idea of life in another country as I felt that Jamaica being a third world country, was limiting. 
I am always learning and I am humbled by it. I find joy in seeing different perspectives on things in life and so I always seek out the paths less traveled. I have always wanted to travel abroad and I have kept the dream alive for years. This would mean the world to me and it would help me navigate life with a little less pressure and stress. After three years in the program, I plan to futher my studies at an Ivy league school and continue doing great things in life. I try my best to help others at all times because, I know how hard life can get at times. I appreciate the time spent reading this and would love to be considered for assistance. Thank you
