Hello everyone  ! How are you doing?

I am 25 years old, and I come from Senegal. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, a field where I am proud to be the first in my family to reach this level of education. My journey hasn’t been easy, as I grew up in a modest environment, but I’ve always been determined to change my life through education. Thanks to my efforts, I have been awarded scholarships, but despite this, I still face major obstacles in advancing my career.

I am a member of the Society of Women Engineers, and through this, I have the unique opportunity to attend the WE Local Conference, an essential event for women in engineering. It will be a chance to meet peers, industry leaders, and experts, draw inspiration from keynote speakers, and most importantly, expand my professional network. This is a crucial step for my career.

This conference represents more than just a career opportunity—it’s a way for me to empower myself, take control of my future, and access the resources I need to grow in an environment that allows me to dream big.

Unfortunately, while I’ve been able to finance my education through scholarships, I cannot cover the costs of attending this event on my own. The travel and participation fees are a barrier that I cannot overcome alone.
