My Travel Story

Good day to you all. I’m applying and writing this out of desperation. My name is Garrick Jackson I am a US Army soldier on Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. As we all know the government is shut down and military personnel across the globe are not getting paid. I am beyond financially struggling. I am also not capable of financially assisting my mother with no form of pay. I am asking and requesting for help and assistance to get home (Denver, Colorado) and visit and check on my mother, who is struggling with pre-onset dementia along with a list of other medical ailments and conditions. A four-day visit will suffice, as I greatly miss home and my mamma. I’m consistently beyond worried and concerned about her mental and physical health.

Below are the listed traveling expense averages for (air fair, hotel, rental car and food for 4 days).
$280 - Airfare
$180x4 = $720 - Hotel
$100x4= $400 - Rental car
$50X4= $200 - Food
$50 – Gas: Mandatory to return a rental car
(Total $1,650)

I dont have any other social media platforms. This is my first time doing anything like this. Where I would normally think that it could not happen or would be fraud somehow.  I would not have chosen this site if a younger family member did not encourage me to take the chance. Siting "You never know" and "Something is better than nothing to help you get home to see your mom.".
Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated.
