Hi. I am asking for funding to take my father, undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer to Hawaii to spread my moms ashes. My dad is a disabled marine who was shot 5 times in active combat during the Vietnam war. He is extremely proud of his military service and is very active in all things related. He is incredibly selfless and has provided for me in ways I can never imagine or repay. It is heartbreaking watching him fight through his chemotherapy treatments each week but he takes it like the Hero he is and doesn't complain about it at all. He makes everyone laugh and takes life with a grain of salt. I wish I could repay him for all he has done for me and my family throughout my life but unfortunately the world is tough on everyone and I just want to be able to give him something to show how much he means to me.
