My Travel Story

As part of my final year at Chesterfield College, I have been given this fantastic opportunity to visit Africa and to teach in a  Primary School. Those of you that know me, know my passion for teaching and helping children from different backgrounds therefore this an amazing opportunity for me. 
This trip is a once in a lifetime experience which will allow me to experience a new culture with people who aren't as fortunate as those in the UK. 
During my trip I will be teaching in a primary school helping them with their Maths and English skills.
I will also be taking part with a building project to help the school build new  facilities and improve the ones they have already. 
Taking part on this trip will benefit my university application and my career in teaching  and will have a huge impact on many families in Kenya! 
As little as a £5 donation would help me raise £1645 (+ 5% fees for this site) totalling £1728 to fund my travels.
