My Travel Story

My name is Marie, I am currently 17 years old, and I want to go abroad to Asia or Africa after I finished my school, and help rescue and protect elephants. Since volunteering costs and I will also need some money for travel and health insurances and the flights obviously, I need YOUR help!

If you want to support and help elephants, and you can't go and do it yourself for various reasons, just donate a small contribution to help me. Together we can do something good. You donate, I work. 

This is going to be a great, great opportunity for me to challenge my view on the world, learn a whole lot of new things, get to know new people, but most importantly, I get the chance to protect animals I love. Because they can not help themselves, and I just hate that we as human beings are able to misuse the power we have, and use and torture animals and their environment the way we do it. I want to stop that.

I will create a travel blog with journal entrys about the planning and travelling stages and, of course, my 4 to 8 weeks stay in whatever country I choose to go to. The more money I am able to raise, the longer my stay will be.
