My Travel Story

I am an inveterate dreamer. A little machine that generates ideas of all kinds. A Human Being who thinks and lives in Love. Caribbean woman with the flavor and aroma of coconut and COCOA. I love my family and friends, cooking, movies, CHOCOLATE, traveling, studying, CHOCOLATE, planting, bicycles, people, CHOCOLATE, cats, eating, the sea. AND, CHOCOLATE!

Most of all I love Cultural Exchange! and the riches it leaves us.

I am currently dedicated in thought, body and soul to fulfill my dream of developing a space in front of the sea, in the beautiful Mirandina coast of Venezuela.

Among the characteristics that structure this space is to consciously take advantage of the resources of the area. Among them, COCOA. Contemplating from its conception: The vegetable garden for self-consumption, either to feed those who make a working life there, as well as visitors to the place, which reinforces and stimulates the maximum and correct use of resources, implementing processing chains of some items, in this case, THE COCOA and make participants of them to those who visit us.

At the same time, transfer skills, knowledge and know-how in the field of cocoa/chocolate, to people, both from the community itself and to all those interested in acquiring them through training workshops open to the public. 

I have just been accepted into the School of Culinary Arts "Le Cordon Bleu" Istanbul (Türkiye) where my mission is to specialize in their "Chocolate and Caramel" program.

This specialization is one more step in the realization of the main objective to enhance my personal and professional growth, and of my community and visitors.

So beautiful people, this is an invitation for you to walk this incredible path by my side. A wonderful gift from you for the possibility of being able to acquire those skills that will contribute to my professional, personal and community development through my project. Your kind contribution will make this turnaround, possible.

Soy una soñadora empedernida. Una maquinita de generar ideas de todo tipo. Humana que piensa y vive en Amor. Mujer caribe con sabor y aroma de coco y cacao. Amo a mi familia y a mis amigos, cocinar, hacer cine, EL CHOCOLATE, viajar, estudiar, EL CHOCOLATE, sembrar, las bicicletas, a la gente, EL CHOCOLATE, los gatos, comer, el mar. Y, ¡EL CHOCOLATE!

Sobre todo amo ¡El Intercambio Cultural! y las riquezas que este nos deja.

Actualmente me dedico en pensamiento, cuerpo y alma a cumplir mi sueño de desarrollar un espacio frente al mar, en la hermosa costa mirandina de Venezuela.

Entre las características que estructuran ese espacio está, la de aprovechar conscientemente los recursos de la zona. Entre ellos, EL CACAO. Contemplando desde su concepción: La huerta para el autoconsumo, bien sea para alimentar a los que allí hagamos vida laboral, como también a los visitantes del lugar, que refuerce y estimule el máximo y correcto aprovechamiento de los recursos, implementando cadenas de procesamiento de algunos rubros, en este caso, EL CACAO y hacer partícipes de ellas a quienes nos visiten.

A su vez, transferir herramientas, conocimientos y saberes del ámbito cacaotero/chocolatero, a las personas, tanto de la propia comunidad como a todas aquellas interesadas en adquirles a través de talleres de capacitación y formación abiertos al público. 

Acabo de ser aceptada en La Escuela de Artes Culinarias “Le Cordon Bleu” Istanbul (Türkiye) donde tengo como misión, especializarme en su programa de “Chocolatería y Caramelería”.

Esta especialización es un paso más en la concreción del objetivo principal para potenciar mi crecimiento personal y profesional, el de mi comunidad y visitantes.

Así que gente hermosa, esta es una invitación para que recorran este increíble camino a mi lado. Un maravilloso regalo de su parte por la posibilidad de poder adquirir esas herramientas que contribuirán con mi desarrollo profesional, personal y el de mi comunidad a través de mi proyecto. Tu amable aporte hará posible este giro.
