Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Luis Méndez, and I am Venezuelan. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you may consider my donation request for a project that is of vital importance to me and my family.

As you may be aware, Venezuela has been experiencing a very challenging political, economic, security, and educational situation in recent years. Rampant inflation, a lack of access to basic goods, street insecurity, and a crisis in the education system have made life in our country extremely difficult. As a result, my wife, Laura Martínez, who is an electronics engineer, and I, a professional chef, have decided to seek a new opportunity and a better future for our family.

We have researched different options, and after considering various factors, we have concluded that emigrating to Portugal (specifically Madeira) is the best alternative for us. Portugal offers a more stable and secure environment, a quality education system, and a growing economy that would provide us with the opportunity to start anew. We believe that this move will allow us to ensure a more promising future for our family.

However, this transition entails significant costs, including travel, housing search, adaptation to a new country, and investment in the education of our son, Manuel Méndez. This is why I am reaching out to you with a request for your generosity and support, seeking a donation that would assist us in embarking on this exciting yet challenging journey.

Any contribution you could provide would be of great help and deeply appreciated. Nevertheless, according to our budget calculations, the amount that would work for us is 15,000 euros or dollars. This sum would secure our subsistence for several months as we begin to establish ourselves more stably.
