My Travel Story

Hi, my name is Niki Petkov and I am 16 years old. I was born in Bulgaria but moved to England when I was 4 years old. Since then I have been amazed by the world and have wanted to explore it. I want to raise this money to be able to go on a volunteering trip to Ghana with African Adventures (https://www.african-adventures.co.uk/). This money will pay for my flights and the resources used by me and my travel mates throughout the journey. While we are there (in South East Ghana nearby a town called Keta) we will be staying in accommodation (a local hut) provided by the company. As well as this this money will go towards my meals while I am there. During our stay we will be divided amongst 2 local primary schools where we will be helping out. I will be helping out with the teaching assisting the children. Alternatively, if there is a chance to, I will be aiding the locals with the building of walls and fences for the school use.

Any support will be amazing and greatly appreciated and any money at all would be a great help towards the cause.
