I am going for a third sailing world record and I will share with you everything that has to be done to make this journey successful. I will use a very small boat where there is no way to hide nor to rest. This challenge aims also to show that anyone can achieve anything in mind. Many years ago I could heal from a depression that almost took my life, and through this challenge I have a message of hope to everyone struggling in life in general and specially with emotions. This sailing journey will take part in the Atlantic ocean along the Moroccan coast
